Sounds like my daughter. Day 11

What a beautiful day!

When it started raining every day mid August, I packed away my summer clothes.

I wasn't expected a burst of summer.

In the Lake District, a day without rain must be seized with both hands and feet.

Walking barefoot on the sand on the beach a few minutes from my cottage, I gazed at the sun silver sparking on the far out tide and had an idea to make a funny video about how to not pee at night. I'll make that tomorrow and share it with you.

You'll never need to get up in the middle of the night again!

Back home, I got my head down for some 10am - 2pm superglued focus time.

Sprinting in a ten minutes to 2pm, I pressed send on my email newsletter which goes to everyone I know.

Well, maybe not everyone.

My newsletters come along like buses, nothing for months and then a few in two weeks.

Writing this at 7pm, I've had a chance to read the replies.

In the newsletter, I told everyone about this Manifest a Million readers project and the new school presentation I'm writing.

One of my closest uni friends wrote to remind me that she's a teacher at a school where many of her pupils have dyslexia plus social anxiety. She wrote, "We have lots of anxious pupils who often don't believe they can achieve anything because of their struggles with reading and writing. We'd love to have you talk to the kids."

She also wrote that they don't have any funding. But my optimistic guess is that someone will. I'm trusting that that's how magic works. Fun and Easy.

Plus a great photographer I know, replied that my description of who I want to reach with this book, ie, 'anyone with an eating disorder, anxiety or who thinks that their dream is out of reach', sounded like his daughter.

She's dyslexic but might listen to my Audiobook.

I so hope it will help.

I have the feeling that everything is going to work out fine.

And since it's still a beautiful evening, I'm going to entice that Walkabout fella to come out for a walk and enjoy it.
