Information Overload! - Day 10
Monday morning, I was keen.

After a bike trip to town to buy enough fruit and vegetables to feed a crowd of hungry vegans for a month, I was ready for my 1pm buddy call with my new partner-in-crime Jennifer. We'd decided to partner up to work though the exercises in Denise Duffield Thomas's 'Chillpreneur.'

My goal as you know is to share a million plus books and Jennifer aims to be a busy behaviour transformation coach.
Two heads are better than one and we steamed through the exercises for 90 mins.
We decided to make 10am - 2pm focused work time after an hours 'thinking' walk at 9am. No chatting on social, no cheeky Amazon shopping. Great.
Then I jumped into an on-line seminar to teach me how to shift the said million books. After another hour my brain was spinning and I started to feel grumpy and frustrated. This all seems like blooming hard work!
I prefer my work to be joyful and fun. Do you remember my morning notes? Fun, easy, fun, easy, fun, exciting, fun! This wasn't fun.
The sun is shining today, it could well be the last warm and sunny week of the summer. I decided that I was going to shut Mr Sales down and go for a walk on the beach.
Mmmm. I took off my shoes and paddled through the cold water. Mmmm.
Tonight, it's the weekly Buddhist study class. They've rolled two classes into one and made it a two and a half hour class. Which is tough. Especially wearing a mask.
"I'm not going." I said to myself. Then I noticed that something was warm against my hip.
My phone in my little bag was hot. Unusually hot. And off.
Strange.
When I tried to turn it back on, it wouldn't.
Information overload. Even my phone has gone on strike.
Ok, I'm definitely not going to that Buddhist class.

Which is when I saw the Buddhist teacher striding towards me in his robes. On the beach.
Damn! Busted!
He's super friendly, chilled and a great teacher. He also agreed that the class was very long.
"See you tonight then!" I said.
So that's where I'm off to in a minute, for just a little more information.
Tomorrow though, it's back to fun, easy, fun, easy, FUN!
Love love love
